For years now, real wages for America's middle class have been declining, yet somehow America's excutives pay has skyrocketed, according a CBS report "Exec's Big $lice Of American Pie - CBS News" based on a study done by Harvard Law School grad. It says that the Top 5 excutives at a company are paid nearly 10% of that companies gross earnings. When you subtract expenses, in some cases, a single exec might be paid half of the companies profit. These are same people who then turn around and claim $15/hr is out of line for a factory worker. What's really sad is these guys are usually only there for a few years, and even the ones who destroy companies still get paid as if they single handedly invented the wheel. Kmart is a perfect example of this.
