Despite this fact, our government pays farmers to grow it, but if you grow one medical marijuana plant you face stiff jail terms and unfair and unconstitutional financial punishments.
If our objection to marijuana is for health reasons, than clearly we have the wrong priorities. To be completely unbiased and use science and logic to guide us, Tobacco sellers like 7-11 would face the death penality, and pot sellers would recieve fines more akin to a parking ticket.
